Section 1: Short title, application and commencement.

Cocoa Beans Grading and Marking Rules, 1996.Central Rules · 1937

Provided that the use of Agmark replica in lieu of Agmark labels shall, subject to the conditions prescribed under the General Grading and Making Rules 1988, be allowed only to such authorised packer who has been granted necessary permission by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser or an officer authorised by him in this regard.

(1) These rules may be called the Cocoa Beans Grading and Marking Rules, 1996.

2. They shall apply to Cocoa Beans (Theobroma cocoa L.)

3. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
