Section 5: Resignation

The Coconut Development Board Rules, 1981Central Rules · 1979

(1) The office of a member shall fall vacant from the date on which his resignation is accepted or on the expiry of thirty days from the date of receipt of intimation of resignation, whichever is earlier.

(2) The power to accept the resignation of a member shall vest in the Chairman, who on accepting the resignation, shall report that to the Board at its next meeting.
