Section 21: Re-import of coffee exported from India.

The Coffee Act, 1942Central Act · Act 7 of 1942

(1) No coffee which has been exported from India shall be re-imported into [India] except under and in accordance with permit granted by the Board.

(2) The Board may in any fit case grant such a permit and no charge shall be made therefor.
