PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY जित्त मंत्रालय (आर्थिक कायि जिभाग) अजधसचूना नई दिल्ली, 11 अप्रैल, 2022 सा.का.जन. 295(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जसक् का जनमािण अजधजनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (घ) और खंड (ड़) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जसक् का जनमािण (श्री गुरु तेग बहािरु िी की 400िीं ियंती के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनाने के जलए जसक् का िारी करना) जनयम 2021 को उन बातों के जसिाय अजधक्ांत करत े हुए जिन्द्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से पहले दकया गया ह ैया करन ेका लोप दकया गया है, जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित :-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजिप्त नाम जसक् का जनमािण (श्री गरुु तगे बहािर िी का 400 िर्षीय प्रकाि गरुुपिि के अिसर पर स्ट्मारक जसक् का िारी करना) जनयम, 2022 ह।ै
(2) य ेउनके रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रिृत्त होंग े।
2. जसक् के का अदंकत मलू्य.- “श्री गरुु तगे बहािर िी का 400 िर्षीय प्रकाि गरुुपिि” के अिसर पर स्ट्मरणोत्सि मनान े के जलए केन्द्रीय सरकार के प्राजधकार के अधीन, िारी करने के जलए टकसाल में चार सौ रुपय ेमूल्यिगि के जसक् के का जनमािण दकया िायेगा।

4. जडज़ाइन.– जसक् के का जडज़ाइन इन जनयमों की पहली अनुसूची में जिजनर्ििष्ट अनुसार होगा।
5. मानक भार तथा अनजु्ञात उपचार.– उपरोि मूल्यिगि के जसक् के का मानक भार और ऐसे जसक् के को बनाने में अनुज्ञात उपचार िह होगा िो इन जनयमों की िसूरी अनुसूची में यथा जिजनर्ििष्ट होगा । प्रथम अनसुचूी (जनयम 4 िेखें) चार सौ रुपय े अग्र भाग: जसक् के के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अिोक स्ट्तम्भ का ससंह िीर्षि होगा, जिसके नीचे ‘‘सत्यमिे ियत’े’ उत्कीर्णित होगा, उसकी बांई पररजध पर िेिनागरी जलजप में “भारत” िब्ि और िांई पररजध पर अगं्रेिी में “INDIA” िब्ि होगा और ससंह िीर्षि के नीचे रुपया का प्रतीक “₹” और अतंरािष्ट रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “400’’ भी होगा। पषृ्ठ भाग: जसक् के के इस भाग के मध्य में गुरुद्वारा गरुु के महल, अमृतसर का जचत्र होगा । गुरुद्वारे को घरेते हुए िो तलिारों का जचत्र होगा । गुरुद्वारे के जचत्र के नीचे पंिाबी में “400 ਸਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਗੁਰਪੁ੍ਰਬ ਸਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ” पाठ के साथ एक ररबन होगा । इसके अजतररि गरुुद्वारे के जचत्र के साथ पंिाबी में “ਗੁਰਦਆੁਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਕੇ ਮਹਹਲ, ਸਰੀ ਅੰਹਮਰਤਸਰ” जलखा होगा और गुरुद्वारे के जचत्र के ऊपर पंिाबी में “ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਭਏ ਗੁਰ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ | ਸਗਲ ਹਸਰਸਹਟ ਪੈ੍ ਢਾਪ੍ੀ ਚਾਦਰ” जलखा होगा । जसक् के की ऊपरी पररजध पर जहन्द्िी में “श्री गरुु तगे बहािर िी का 400 िर्षीय प्रकाि गरुुपिि” और जनचली पररजध में अगं्रेिी में “400th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRI GURU TEGH BAHADUR JI” अंदकत होगा। गुरुद्वारा गरुु का महल, अमृतसर के जचत्र के नीचे अन्द्तरराष्ट्रीय अंको में िर्षि 1621-2021 जलखा होगा । [भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 िसूरी अनसुचूी (जनयम 5 िेखें) जसक् के का मूल्यिगि मानक भार अनुज्ञात उपचार धात ुसंयोिन में मानक भार में

34.65 ग्राम से 35.35 ग्राम तक हो सकता ह ै। [फा. सं. 02/03/2021-जसक् का] मनीर्षा जसन्द्हा, संयुि सजचि MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th April, 2022 G.S.R. 295 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011) and in supersession of the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin to commemorate the occasion of 400th Birth Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji) Rules, 2021, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative Coin on the occasion of 400th Birth Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji) Rules,
2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of Coin. - The coin of Four Hundred Rupees denomination shall only be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate on the occasion of “400th Birth Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji”.
3. Dimension and composition of coin.- The coin of the above denomination mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- Denomination of the coin Shape and outside diameter Number of Serrations Metal Composition

4. Design- The design of the coin shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed– The standard weight of the coin of above denomination and the remedy allowed in making of the coin shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.
4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] The First Schedule (See rule 4) FOUR HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “सत्यमिे ियत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English. It shall also bear the Rupee symbol “₹” and denominational value “400” in International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the image of “Gurudwara Guru Ka Mahal, Amritsar” in the centre. Two swords are encompassing the image of gurudwara. A ribbon label with text “400 ਸਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਗੁਰਪ੍ੁਰਬ ਸਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ” in Panjabi is flanked below the image of Gurudwara. Further, the Text “ਗੁਰਦਆੁਰਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਕੇ ਮਹਹਲ, ਸਰੀ ਅੰਹਮਰਤਸਰ” in Panjabi is inscribed besides the image of the Gurudwara and the text “ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਭਏ ਗੁਰ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ | ਸਗਲ ਹਸਰਸਹਟ ਪੈ੍ ਢਾਪ੍ੀ ਚਾਦਰ” in Panjabi is inscribed on top of the image of the Gurudwara. On the upper periphery of the coin, the inscription “श्री गरुु तगे बहािर िी का 400 िर्षीय प्रकाि गरुुपिि” in Hindi is depicted and on lower periphery of the coin, the inscription “400th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SRI GURU TEGH BAHADUR JI” in English is depicted. The year 1621- 2021 in international numerals will be written below the image of the Gurudwara Guru Ka Mahal, Amritsar.
