PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY 532] No. 532] NEW DELHI, SATURDAY, JUNE 24, 2017/ASADHA 3, 1939 वित्त मतं्रालय (आर्थिक कायि विभाग) अविसचूना नई दिल्ली, 23 जून, 2017 सा.का.वन. 641(अ).—कें द्रीय सरकार, वसक्का वनमािण अविवनयम, 2011 (2011 का 11) की िारा 24 की उप-िारा (2) के खंड (घ) और (ड.) द्वारा प्रित्त शवियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वनम्नवलवखत वनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाित् :–
1. सवंिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ :- (1) इन वनयमों का नाम (“श्रीमि ्राजचन्द द्र की 1ी0िजय जयंती” के अिसर पर स् मारक वसक् के जारी करना) वसक्का वनमािण वनयम, 2017 ह ै।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रिृत्त होंगे ।
2. वसक्कों का अदंकत मलू्य-- “श्रीमि ्राजचन्द द्र की 1ी0िजय जयतंी” को मनाने के वलए केन्दद्रीय सरकार के प्राविकार के अिीन जारी करने हतेु टकसाल में वनम्नवलवखत अंदकत मूल्य के वसक्कों का वनमािण दकया जाएगा, अथाित् :–
(i) एक सौ पचास रुपये;
(ii) िस रुपये;
3. वसक्कों की विमाएं और सरंचना --- वनयम 2 में उवल्लवखत अंदकत मूल्य के वसके्क वनम्नवलवखत विमाओं और संरचना के अनुरूप होंगे, अथाित् :– 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] वसके्क का अंदकत मूल्य आकृवत और बाह्य व्यास िांतों की संख्या िातु संरचना
(1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ पचास रुपये िृत्ताकार 44 वमलीमीटर 200 चतथुिक वमश्र िात ु रजत– ी0 प्रवतशत तांबा – 40 प्रवतशत वनकल – 0ी प्रवतशत जस्ता – 0ी प्रवतशत िस रुपये िृत्ताकार 27 वमलीमीटर (वद्विावविक) शून्द य बाह्य िलय (एल् यवुमवनयम कासंा) तांबा – 92 प्रवतशत एल् युवमवनयम- 06 प्रवतशत वनकल – 02 प्रवतशत कें द्रीय भाग (कूप्रो वनकल) तांबा- 7ी प्रवतशत वनकल – 2ी प्रवतशत
4. वडज़ाइन – वसक्कों का वडज़ाइन इन वनयमों की प्रथम अनुसूची में वनर्ििष् ट दकए अनुसार होगा ।
5. मानक िजन तथा अनजु्ञात छूट: “श्रीमि ्राजचन्द द्र की 1ी0िजय जयंती” को मनाने के वलए बनाए गए वनम्नवलवखत अंदकत मूल्य के वसक्कों का मानक िजन और ऐसे वसक्कों को बनाने में अनुज्ञात छूट िह होगी जो इन वनयमों की वद्वतीय अनुसूची में विवनर्ििष् ट होगी। प्रथम अनसुचूी (वनयम 4 िखेें)
(i) एक सौ पचास रुपय े अग्र भाग वसके्क के मुख भाग पर मध्य में अशोक स्तम्भ का ससंह शीर्ि होगा, वजसके नीचे “सवयमिे जयत”े उवकीर्णित होगा, उसकी बायजय पररवि पर ििेनागरी वलवप में “भारत” शब्ि और िायजय पररवि पर अंग्रेजी में “INDIA” शब्ि होगा और ससंह शीर्ि के नीचे रुपया का प्रतीक “ ” और अंतरािष्ट्रीय अंकों में अंदकत मूल्य “150” भी होगा । पृष्ठ भाग वसके्क के इस भाग पर मध्य में “श्रीमि ्राजचन्द द्र” का वचत्र होगा, वसक् के की बायजय रपरी पररवि तथा बायजय वनचली पररवि पर ििेनागरी वलवप में क्रमश: “श्रीमि ् राजचन्द द्र'' और ''1ी0िजय जयतंी” और िायजय रपरी पररवि तथा िायजय वनचली पररवि पर अंग्रेजी में क्रमश:
"SHRIMAD RAJCHANDRA" और ''1ी0TH Birth Anniversary'' उव कीर्णित होगा। श्रीमि ् राजचन्द द्र के वचत्र के बायजय र “1867” और िायजय र ''1901'' अंतरराष् रीय अंकों में वलखा होगा।

G.S.R 641(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage (Issue of Commemorative coins on the occasion of 150 th Birth Anniversary of Shrimad Rajchandra) Rules, 2017.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coins.- The coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of “150 th BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF SHRIMAD RAJCHANDRA”, namely:-
(1) One Hundred Fifty Rupees; and
(2) Ten Rupees.
3. Dimension and composition of coins.- The coins of the denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- वसके्क का अंदकत मूल्य मानक िजन अनुज्ञात छूट संरचना में मानक िजन में
(1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ पचास रुपये 3ी ग्राम चांिी में 1/ी00िां जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाित् चााँिी में प्रवत 1000 में 498 से ी02 तक का अंतर हो सकेगा । 1/100िां जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाित् िजन में
34.6ी ग्राम से 3ी.3ी ग्राम तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। िस रुपये (वद्विावविक)
7.71 ग्राम (बाह्य िलय
4.4ी ग्राम और मध् य भाग
3.26 ग्राम) बाह्य िलय- (एल् युवमवनयम-कांसा) एल् युवमवनयम- ी.ी प्रवतशत से 6 प्रवतशत, वनकल- 1.7ी प्रवतशत से 2 प्रवतशत और शेर् तांबा ह।ै मध् य भाग- (कूप्रो- वनकल) तांबा और वनकल िोनों के वलए 1 प्रवतशत जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाित् तांबे में 74 प्रवतशत से 76 प्रवतशत और वनकल में 24 प्रवतशत से 26 प्रवतशत का अतंर हो सकता ह।ै
2.ी प्रवतशत जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाित् िजन में

4. Design.- The design of the coins shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these Rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.– The standard weight of the coins of the following denominations, coined to commemorate the occasion of “150 th Birth Anniversary of Shrimad Rajchandra” and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.
The First Schedule (See Rule 4)
(i) ONE HUNDRED FIFTY RUPEES OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “`” and denominational value “150” in International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the portrait of “SHRIMAD RAJCHANDRA” in the centre. The inscription “श्रीमद् राजचंद्र” and “150 वीं जयंती” shall be written on upper left and lower left periphery of the coin in Devnagri script.
The inscription “SHRIMAD RAJCHANDRA” and “150 TH Birth Anniversary” shall be written on the upper right and lower right periphery of the coin respectively. The year "1867" and “1901” in international numerals shall be written on the left and right side of the portrait of Shrimad Rajchandra.
(ii) TEN RUPEES OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagri script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “`” and denominational value “10” in International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.

4.45 grams and Centre Piece 3.26 grams) Outer Ring- (Aluminium Bronze) Aluminium –5.5 percent to 6 percent Nickel – 1.75 percent to 2 percent and remainder are Copper.
Centre Piece (Cupro - Nickel) Plus or Minus 1 percent for both Copper and Nickel, that is to say, the Copper may vary from 74 percent to 76 percent and Nickel may vary from 24 percent to 26 percent.
Plus or minus 2.5 percent that is to say, weight could vary from 7.52 grams to
7.90 grams.
