1. सिंᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧार᭥भ.—(1) इन िनयमᲂ का नाम िस का िनमाᭅण (“रा᭬ ᮝीय अिभलेखागार का 125वां वाᳶषको᭜ सव” के अवसर पर ᭭ मारक िस कᲂ का जारी ᳰकया जाना) िनयम, 2016 ह ै।
(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे ।
2. िसᲥᲂ का अᳰंकत म᭨ूय.— “रा᭬ ᮝीय अिभलेखागार का 125वां वाᳶषको᭜ सव” के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए के᭠ᮤीय सरकार के ᮧािधकार के अधीन जारी करने के िलए टकसाल मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥᲂ का िनमाᭅण ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत :-
(i) एक सौ प᭒ चीस ᱧपये;
(ii) दस ᱧपये;
3. िसᲥᲂ कᳱ िवमाए ं और सरंचना.—िनयम 2 मᱶ उि᭨लिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥे िन᳜िलिखत िवमाᲐ और संरचना के अनᱨुप हᲂगे, अथाᭅत :— िसᲥे का अंᳰकत मू᭨य आकृित और बा᳭ ᳞ास दांतᲂ कᳱ संया धातु संरचना

4. िडज़ाइन – िसᲥᲂ का िडज़ाइन इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ पहली अनसुचूी मᱶ िन᳸द᭬ ट ᳰकए अनसुार होगा :-
5. मानक वजन और अनमुत छूट.—िन᭥ निलिखत मू᭨ य वगᭅ के िस कᲂ का मानक वजन और ऐसे िस कᲂ के िनमाᭅण मᱶ अनुमत छूट, इन िनयमᲂ कᳱ दसूरी अनसुूची मᱶ िन᳸द᭬ ट ᳰकए अनुसार होगी। पहली अनसुचूी (दखेᱶ िनयम 4)
(i) एक सौ प᭒ चीस ᱧपय े अᮕ भाग िसᲥे के इस भाग पर म᭟य मᱶ अशोक ᭭त᭥भ का ᳲसह शीषᭅ होगा, िजसके नीचे “स᭜यमेव जयत”े उ᭜कᳱᳶणत होगा, उसकᳱ बायᱭ पᳯरिध पर दवेनागरी िलिप मᱶ “भारत” श᭣द और दायᱭ पᳯरिध पर अंᮕेजी मᱶ “INDIA” श᭣द होगा और ᳲसह शीषᭅ के नीच ेᱧपया का ᮧतीक “ ” और अंतराᭅ᳦ीय अंकᲂ मᱶ अंᳰकत मू᭨य “125” भी होगा । पृ᳧ भाग िसᲥे के इस भाग के म᭟य मᱶ “रा᭬ ᮝीय अिभलेखागार भवन'' कᳱ आकृित होगी िजसके नीचे 125 वषᭅ/YEARS उ᭜ कᳱᳶणत होगा। ''रा᭬ ᮝीय अिभलेखागार भवन'' कᳱ आकृित के ऊपर और म᭟ य मᱶ ''125वां वाᳶषको᭜ सव'' का लोगो होगा। िस के कᳱ ऊपरी पᳯरिध और िनचली पᳯरिध मᱶ ᮓमश: दवेनागरी िलिप मᱶ “रा᭬ ᮝीय अिभलखेागार'' और अंᮕेजी मᱶ “NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF INDIA" उ᭜ कᳱᳶणत होगा। आकृित के बांए और दांए शीषᭅ पर अंतरा᭬ ᮝीय अंकᲂ मᱶ ᮓमश: वषᭅ ''1891'' और ''2016'' उ᭜ कᳱᳶणत होगा।

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2 Denomination of coins.—The coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of 125th Years of National Archives of India, namely:-
(i) one hundred twenty five rupees; and
(ii) ten rupees.
3. Dimension and composition of coins.—The coins of the denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:- िसᲥे का अंᳰकत मू᭨य मानक वजन अनुमत छूट संरचना मᱶ मानक वजन मᱶ
(1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ प᭒ चीस ᱨपये 35 ᮕाम चांदी मᱶ 1/500वां जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाᭅत चाँदी मᱶ ᮧित 1000 मᱶ 498 से 502 तक का अंतर हो सकेगा । 1/100वां जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाᭅत वजन मᱶ 34.65 ᮕाम से 35.35 ᮕाम तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। दस ᱨपये
7.71 ᮕाम (बा᳭ वलय 4.45 ᮕाम और म᭟ य भाग 3.26 ᮕाम) बा᳭ वलय- (ए᭨ युिमिनयम- कांसा) ए᭨ युिमिनयम- 5.5 ᮧितशत से 6 ᮧितशत, िनकल-
1.75 ᮧितशत से 2 ᮧितशत और शेष तांबा ह।ै म᭟ य भाग- (कूᮧो- िनकल) तांबा और िनकल दोनᲂ के िलए 1 ᮧितशत जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाᭅत तांबे मᱶ 74 ᮧितशत से 76 ᮧितशत और िनकल मᱶ 24 ᮧितशत से 26 ᮧितशत का अंतर हो सकता ह।ै

4. Design.—The design of the coins shall be as specified in the First Schedule to these rules.
5. Standard weight and remedy allowed.—Standard weight of the coins of the following denominations, and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Second Schedule to these rules.
The First Schedule (See rule 4)
(i) ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE RUPEES- OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “स यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “`” and denominational value “125” in International Numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
This face of the coin shall bear the image of “National Archives Building” in the centre, with inscription 125 वष� / YEARS below the image. A logo of 125th Anniversary Celebration shall exist at the centre and above the image of “National Archive Building”. The inscription “रा���य अ�भलेखागार” in Devanagari script and “NATIONAL ARCHIVES OF INDIA” in English shall be respectively on upper periphery and the lower periphery of the coin. The year "1891” and “2016” in international numerals shall be written respectively on left and right top of the image.
(ii) TEN RUPEES- OBVERSE:

7.71 Grams (Outer Ring 4.45 grams and Centre Piece 3.26 grams) Outer Ring (Aluminium Bronze) Aluminium –5.5 percent to 6 percent Nickel – 1.75 percent to 2 percent and remainder are Copper.
Centre Piece (Cupro - Nickel) Plus or Minus 1 percent for both Copper and Nickel, that is to say, the Copper may vary from 74 percent to 76 percent and Nickel may vary from 24 percent to 26 percent.
Plus or minus 2.5 percent that is to say, weight could vary from 7.52 grams to 7.90 grams.
