(2) के खंड (घ) और (ड.) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करत ेᱟए, िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाती ह,ै अथाᭅत् :—
1. संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧार᭥भ :-
(1) इन िनयमᲂ को “इलाहाबाद उ᭒ च ᭠ यायालय का 150 वां वाᳶषको᭜ सव” के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए एक सौ पचास ᱧपये और पांच ᱧपये के िसᲥᲂ का िनमाᭅण िनयम, 2016 ह ै।
(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂग े।
2. िसᲥᲂ का अᳰंकत म᭨ूय-- “इलाहाबाद उ᭒ च ᭠ यायालय का 150 वां वाᳶषको᭜ सव” के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए के᭠ᮤीय सरकार के ᮧािधकार के अधीन जारी करन े के िलए टकसाल मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥᲂ का िनमाᭅण ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत् :—
(i) एक सौ पचास ᱧपये;
(ii) पांच ᱧपये;
3. िसᲥᲂ कᳱ िवमाएं और सरंचना --- िनयम 2 मᱶ उि᭨लिखत अᳰंकत मू᭨य के िसᲥे िन᳜िलिखत िवमाᲐ और संरचना के अनुᱨप हᲂग,े अथाᭅत ्:- िसᲥे का अंᳰकत मू᭨य आकृित और बा᳭ ᳞ास दांतᲂ कᳱ संया धातु संरचना

4. िडज़ाइन – िसᲥᲂ का िडज़ाइन िन᳜ानसुार होगा :—
(i) एक सौ पचास ᱧपय े अᮕ भाग िसᲥे के मुख भाग पर म᭟य मᱶ अशोक ᭭त᭥भ का ᳲसह शीषᭅ होगा, िजसके नीचे “स᭜यमवे जयत”े मुᮤा लेख उ᭜कᳱᳶणत होगा, उसकᳱ बा पᳯरिध पर देवनागरी िलिप मᱶ “भारत” श᭣द और दािहनी पᳯरिध पर अᮕंेजी मᱶ “INDIA ” श᭣द होगा और ᳲसह शीषᭅ के नीचे ᱧपया का ᮧतीक “ ” और अंतराᭅ᳦ीय अंकᲂ मᱶ अंᳰकत मू᭨य “150” भी होगा। पृ᳧ भाग िसᲥे के इस भाग के मु य भाग पर ‘’पु᭭ तक से उभरत ेᱟए इलाहाबाद उ᭒ च ᭠ यायालय का के᭠ ᮤ मुहरा’’ दशाᭅते ᱟए आकृित होगी। ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर देवनागरी िलिप मᱶ “इलाहाबाद उ᭒ च ᭠ यायालय का 150 वा ंवाᳶषको᭜ सव” लखे और िनचली पᳯरिध मᱶ अᮕंेजी मᱶ “150Th ANNIVERSARY OF ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT ” और आकृित के नीचे अंतराᭅ᭬ ᮝीय अकंᲂ मᱶ वषᭅ “1866-2016” उ᭜ कᳱणᭅ ᳰकया जाएगा।

5. मानक वजन तथा अनमुत छूट : “इलाहाबाद उ᭒ च ᭠ यायालय का 150 वा ंवाᳶषको᭜ सव’’ के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए बनाए गए िन᳜िलिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥᲂ का मानक वजन और ऐसे िसᲥᲂ को बनाने मᱶ अनु᭄ात छूट िन᳜िलिखत सारणी मᱶ यथािविन᳸द᳥ ᱧप मᱶ होगी, अथाᭅत् :- ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3 (i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 सारणी िसᲥे का अंᳰकत मू᭨य मानक वजन अनुमत छूट संघटन मᱶ मानक वजन मᱶ
(1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ पचास ᱧपय े 35 ᮕाम रजत मᱶ 1/500वां जमा या घटा अथाᭅत् रजत के अंश मᱶ ᮧित 1000 मᱶ 498 स े 502 तक का अंतर हो सकेगा । 1/100वां जमा या घटा अथाᭅत् वजन मᱶ 34.65 ᮕाम से 35.35 ᮕाम तक अंतर हो सकता ह।ै पांच ᱧपये 6 ᮕाम तांबा और ज᭭ ता के िलए 1/100वां जमा या घटा, अथाᭅत् तांबे मᱶ 74 ᮧितशत स े76 ᮧितशत और ज᭭ ता मᱶ 19 ᮧितशत से 21 ᮧितशत का अंतर हो सकता ह ै तथा िनकल के िलए 1/200वां जमा या घटा अथाᭅत् िनकल मᱶ 4.5 ᮧितशत से 5.5 ᮧितशत का अंतर हो सकता ह।ै 1/40वां कम या ᭔ यादा अथाᭅत् वजन 5.85 ᮕाम स े
6.15 ᮕाम का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। [फा. सं.02/01/2014-िस का] पंकज गु᳙ा, अवर सिचव (एसपीएमसी और िसᲥा) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd February, 2016 G.S.R. 191(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—
(1) These rules may be called the Coinage of One Hundred Fifty Rupees and Five Rupees Coins to commemorate the occasion of 150th Anniversary of Allahabad High Court Rules, 2016.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coins .- The coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government to commemorate the occasion of “150th Anniversary of Allahabad High Court”, namely:—
(i) One Hundred Fifty Rupees;
(ii) Five Rupees.
3. Dimension and composition of coins .—The coins of the denominations mentioned in rule 2 shall conform to the following dimensions and composition, namely:— 4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]
4. Design: - The design of the coins shall be as under:-
(i) ONE HUNDRED FIFTY RUPEES OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “स᭜यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery flanked with the word “INDIA” in English and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “̀” and denominational value “150” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the image, depicting “Center façade of Allahabad High Court Building emerging from the book”. The inscription “इलाहाबाद उᲬ ᭠यायालय का 150 वां वाᳶषको᭜सव” in Devanagari Script and “150TH ANNIVERSARY OF ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT” shall be written on top and bottom periphery respectively on this face of the coin. The year 1866 – 2016 in English numerals shall be written at the bottom of the image.
(ii) FIVE RUPEES OBVERSE:
The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the center with the legend “स᭜यमेव जयत”े inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devanagari script and on the right periphery flanked with the word “INDIA” in English and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “̀”and denominational value “5” in the international numerals below the Lion Capitol.
REVERSE:

5. Standard weight and remedy allowed .—The standard weight of the coins of the following denominations, coined to commemorate the occasion of “150th Anniversary of Allahabad High Court” and the remedy allowed in making of such coins shall be as specified in the Table below:— Denomination of coin Shape and outside diameter Number of serrations Metal composition

4.5 percent to 5.5 per cent.
1/40th plus or minus, that is to say, the weight could be varying from 5.85 gram to 6.15 gram.
