1. सिंᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧार᭥भ :- (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम “महाराणा ᮧताप कᳱ 475वᱭ जयतंी” के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए एक सौ ᱧपये और दस ᱧपये के िसᲥᲂ का िनमाᭅण िनयम, 2015 ह ै।
(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे ।
2. िसᲥᲂ का अᳰंकत म᭨ूय-- “महाराणा ᮧताप कᳱ 475वᱭ जयतंी” के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए के᭠ᮤीय सरकार के ᮧािधकार के अधीन जारी करन ेके िलए टकसाल मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥᲂ का िनमाᭅण ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत :— i( ) एक सौ ᱧपये; i i( ) दस ᱧपये;
3. िसᲥᲂ कᳱ िवमाए ं और सरंचना --- िनयम 2 मᱶ उि᭨लिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥे िन᳜िलिखत िवमाᲐ और संरचना के अनᱨुप हᲂगे, अथाᭅत :— 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] िसᲥे का अंᳰकत मू᭨य आकृित और बा᳭ ᳞ास दांतᲂ कᳱ संया धातु संरचना
(1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ ᱧपये वृᱫाकार 44 िमलीमीटर 200 चतथुᭅक िम᮰ धात ु चांदी – 50 ᮧितशत तांबा – 40 ᮧितशत िनकल – 05 ᮧितशत ज᭭ता – 05 ᮧितशत दस ᱧपये वृᱫाकार 27 िमलीमीटर (ि᳇-धातुक) - बा᳭ वलय (ए᭨ युिमिनयम कांसा) तांबा – 92 ᮧितशत ए᭨ युिमिनयम- 06 ᮧितशत िनकल – 02 ᮧितशत कᱶ ᮤीय भाग (कूᮧो िनकल) तांबा- 75 ᮧितशत िनकल – 25 ᮧितशत
4. इन – िसᲥᲂ का िडज़ाइन िन᳜ानसुार होगा :-
(i) एक सौ ᱧपय े अᮕ भाग िसᲥे के मुख भाग पर म᭟य मᱶ अशोक ᭭त᭥भ का ᳲसह शीषᭅ होगा, िजसके नीचे “स᭜यमवे जयत”े मुᮤा लेख उ᭜कᳱᳶणत होगा, उसकᳱ बाई ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर देवनागरी िलिप मᱶ “भारत” श᭣द और दािहनी ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर अंᮕेजी मᱶ “INDIA” श᭣द होगा और ᳲसह शीषᭅ के नीचे ᱧपया का ᮧतीक “ ” और अतंराᭅ᳦ीय अंकᲂ मᱶ अंᳰकत मू᭨य “100” भी होगा । पृ᳧ भाग िसᲥे के इस भाग पर म᭟य मᱶ “महाराणा ᮧताप’’ का िचᮢ होगा, िस के कᳱ ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर देवनागरी िलिप मᱶ “महाराणा ᮧताप कᳱ 475वᱭ जयतंी'' और िनचली पᳯरिध पर अᮕंेजी मᱶ "475TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHARANA PRATAP" उ᭜ कᳱᳶणत होगा। महाराणा ᮧताप के िचᮢ के नीचे अंतराᭅ᭬ ᮝीय अंकᲂ मᱶ “2015” िलखा होगा।
(ii) दस ᱧपय े अᮕ भाग िसᲥे के मुख भाग पर म᭟य मᱶ अशोक ᭭त᭥भ का ᳲसह शीषᭅ होगा, िजसके नीचे “स᭜यमवे जयत”े मुᮤा लेख उ᭜कᳱᳶणत होगा, उसकᳱ बाई ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर देवनागरी िलिप मᱶ “भारत” श᭣द और दािहनी ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर अंᮕेजी मᱶ “INDIA” श᭣द होगा और ᳲसह शीषᭅ के नीचे ᱧपया का ᮧतीक “ ” और अतंराᭅ᳦ीय अंकᲂ मᱶ अंᳰकत मू᭨य “10” भी होगा । पृ᳧ भाग िसᲥे के इस भाग पर म᭟य मᱶ “महाराणा ᮧताप’’ का िचᮢ होगा, िस के कᳱ ऊपरी पᳯरिध पर देवनागरी िलिप मᱶ “महाराणा ᮧताप कᳱ 475वᱭ जयतंी'' और िनचली पᳯरिध पर अᮕंेजी मᱶ "475TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHARANA PRATAP" उ᭜ कᳱᳶणत होगा। महाराणा ᮧताप के िचᮢ के नीचे अंतराᭅ᭬ ᮝीय अंकᲂ मᱶ “2015” िलखा होगा। मानक वजन तथा अन᭄ुात उपचार : “महाराणा ᮧताप कᳱ 475वᱭ जयतंी” के अवसर पर ᭭मरणो᭜सव मनाने के िलए बनाए गए िन᳜िलिखत अंᳰकत मू᭨य के िसᲥᲂ का मानक वजन और ऐसे िसᲥᲂ को बनाने मᱶ अन᭄ुात उपचार िन᭥ निलिखत सारणी मᱶ यथािविन᳸द᳥ ᱧप मᱶ होगा, अथाᭅत :— ¹Hkkx IIµ[k.M 3(i)º Hkkjr dk jkti=k % vlk/kj.k 3 सारणी िसᲥे का अंᳰकत मू᭨य मानक वजन अनु᭄ात उपचार संरचना मᱶ मानक वजन मᱶ
(1) (2) (3) (4) एक सौ ᱨपये 35 ᮕाम चांदी मᱶ 1/500वां जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाᭅत चाँदी मᱶ ᮧित 1000 मᱶ 498 से 502 तक का अतंर हो सकेगा । 1/100वां जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाᭅत वजन मᱶ 34.65 ᮕाम से 35.35 ᮕाम तक का अंतर हो सकता ह ै। दस ᱨपये (ि᳇-धातुक)

2.5 ᮧितशत जोड़ कर या घटा कर अथाᭅत वजन मᱶ
7.52 ᮕाम से 7.90 ᮕाम का अंतर हो सकता ह।ै [फा. सं. 02/25/2015-िसᲥा] पंकज गु᳙ा, अवर सिचव (एस.पी.एम.सी. और िसᲥा) MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th December, 2015 G.S.R. 947(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Coinage Act, 2011 (11 of 2011), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Coinage of One Hundred Rupees and Ten Rupees coins to commemorate the occasion of 475TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHARANA PRATAP Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Denomination of coins.-The coins of the following denominations shall also be coined at the Mint for issue under the authority of the Central Government on the occasion of “475TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHARANA PRATAP” , namely:—
(i) One Hundred Rupees;
(ii) Ten Rupees.
3. 4. Design.—The design of the coin shall be as under:—
(i) ONE HUNDRED RUPEES OBVERSE: The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “स᭜यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “̀ ” and denominational value “100” in international numerals below the Lion Capitol. REVERSE: This face of the coin shall bear the portrait of “Maharana Pratap” in the centre, with inscription "महाराणा ᮧताप कᳱ 475वᱭ जयंती" in Devanagari script on upper periphery and "475TH BIRTH ANNIVERSARY OF MAHARANA PRATAP" in English on the lower periphery respectively. The year "2015" in international numerals shall be written below the portrait of Maharana Pratap.
(ii) TEN RUPEES OBVERSE: The face of the coin shall bear the Lion Capitol of Ashoka Pillar in the centre with the legend “स᭜यमेव जयते” inscribed below, flanked on the left periphery with the word “भारत” in Devnagari script and on the right periphery with the word “INDIA” in English, and it shall also bear the Rupee symbol “̀ ” and denominational value “10” in international numerals below the Lion Capitol. 5. Plus or minus 2.5 per cent. that is to say, weight could vary from 7.52 grams to
