Section 15: Exemption

The Coir Industry (Registration) Rules 2008Central Rules · 1953

Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing rules, the Board may, by notification, exempt any industrial establishment located in any specified area from the operation of these rules, either permanently or for a specified period and may from time to time, by like notification, hike such period.
