The Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance, 2021Ordinance · 2021

(l) The provisions of this Ordinance shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force, any document, judgement, order, bye-law, rule, regulation, notification having the force of law in the territory of India.

Ordinance to have overriding effect.
