Section 10

The Commission for Development of Backward Areas of Telangana Act, 2008.State Act of Telangana · Act 19 of 2008

(1) The Commission shall have the same powers as are vested in the Civil Courts under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 in respect of the following matters, namely:-

(a) enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him;

(b) compelling the production of documents;
