The cost statements shall be reconciled with the financial statements for the financial year specifically indicating the expenses or incomes not considered in the cost recoids or statements so as to ensure accuracy and to adjust the profit of the goods or services under reference with the overall profit of the company. The variations, if any, shall be clearly indicated and explained.
