Section 13: पᭃकारᲂ का ᮧितिनिध᭜व

सभी पᭃकार साधारणत: म᭟य᭭थ या सुलहकताᭅ ᳇ारा अिधसूिचत सᮢᲂ या अिधवेशनᲂ मᱶ ᳞िᲦगत ᱨप से या ᮧािधकृत अटॉनᱮ के मा᭟यम से उपि᭭थत हᲂगे:

4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] परंतु, ऐसे सᮢᲂ या अिधवेशनᲂ मᱶ म᭟य᭭थ या सुलहकताᭅ कᳱ अनु᭄ा से ᳰकसी ᮧािधकृत ᳞िᲦ या अिधवᲦा ᳇ारा उन पᭃकारᲂ का ᮧितिनिध᭜व ᳰकया जा सकता ह ैऔर यथाि᭭थित म᭟य᭭थ या सुलहकताᭅ या के᭠ᮤीय सरकार या अिधकरण या अपील अिधकरण को, ᳰकसी पᭃकार को ᳞िᲦगत ᱨप से उपि᭭थत होने का िनदशे दनेे या उसकᳱ उपि᭭थित सुिनि᳟त करने का अिधकार होगा:

परंतु यह और ᳰक, जो पᭃकार भारत मᱶ नहᱭ रहते हᱹ वे म᭟य᭭थ या सुलहकताᭅ कᳱ अनुमित से सᮢᲂ या अिधवेशनᲂ मᱶ अपने ᮧािधकृत ᮧितिनिधयᲂ के मा᭟यम से उपि᭭थत हो सकते हᱹ।
