ᳰकसी भी मध᭭थ या सुलहकताᭅ को िसिवल या दांिडक कारᭅवाई के िलए म᭟य᭭थ या सुलह संबंधी कायᭅवािहयᲂ के दौरान सदभाव से ᳰकए गए कायᭅ या चूक के िलए िज᭥मेदार नहᱭ ठहराया जाएगा और न ही म᭟य᭭थ या सुलह संबंधी कायᭅवािहयᲂ के दौरान उसके ᳇ारा ᮧा᳙ सूचना या उसके ᳇ारा कᳱ गई कारᭅवाई कᳱ जांच करने या उसके ᳇ारा तैयार व ᮧ᭭तुत ᮧाᱨप या अिभलेखᲂ के िलए उसे ᳰकसी वाद या कायᭅवाही के िलए ᳰकसी पᭃकार ᳇ारा, कᱶ ᮤीय सरकार यथाि᭭थित अिधकरण या अपील अिधकरण, के समᭃ ᮧ᭭तुत होने का समन ᳰदया जाएगा।
