1. (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिक्ष᳙ नाम कंपनी (ᮧभारᲂ का रिजस्ᮝीकरण) संशोधन िनयम, 2017 ह।ै
(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन की तारीख से ᮧवृᱫ हᲂग।े
2. कंपनी (ᮧभारᲂ का रिजस्ᮝीकरण) िनयम, 2014 (िजसे इसमᱶ इसके प᳟ात ्मूल िनयम कहा गया ह ैमᱶ ᮧरूप सीएचजी-1, के स्थान पर ᮧरूप रखा जाएगा, अथार्त:्- ᮧरूप सं. सीएचजी.1 कंपनी अिधिनयम, 2013 की धारा 77, 78 और 79 धारा 384 के साथ पिठत तथा कंपनी (ᮧभारᲂ का रिजस्ᮝीकरण) िनयम, 2014 के िनयम 3(1) के अनुसरण मᱶ] ᮧभार (िडबᱶचरᲂ से संबंिधत से िभ᳖) के सृजन, उपांतरण या पिरशोधन के रिजस्ᮝेशन के िलए आवेदन िजसके अंतगर्त िवᱫीय आिस्तयᲂ का ᮧितभूितकरण और पनुगर्ठन तथा ᮧितभिूत िहत का ᮧवतर्न अिधिनयम, 2002 (एस ए आर एफ ए ई एस आई) के िनबंधन के अनुसार आिस्त पुनगर्ठन कंपनी ᳇ारा ᮧभार के उपांतरण की िविश᳥यां भी ह।ै 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] ᮧरूप की भाषा .......अᮕंजेी .......िहदी ᮧरूप फाइल करन ेके िलए अनदुशे िकट िनदᱷिशत करᱶ
