Section 35: Financial regulation and procedures of State Authority

Compensatory Afforestation Fund Rules 2018Central Rules · 2016

The financial regulation and procedures, in particular the procedure for drawing up and implementing the budget of the State Authority shall be in accordance with the General Financial Rules 2017 and the orders issued by the Central Government and State Government from time to time in this regards.
