Section 7: In the said rules, in rule 27-1, in sub-rule (I), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely

The Conduct of Elections (Amendment) Rules, 2019Central Rules · 1951

"Provided that in the case of absentee voter, postal ballot paper shall be returned to the centre provided for recording of vote under sub-rule(3) of rule 27F, subject to any direction that may be issued by the Election Commission in this behalf.".

8. In the said rules, after "FORM 12C", the following Form shall be inserted, narnely:­ "[FORM l2D] [See rule 27 -C)
