Section 2: AMENDMENT OF THE CONTRACT LABOUR (REGULATION AND ABOLITION) ACT, 1970.-—Sub-Section 4 of Section 1 of the the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 shall be amended as follows

The Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2020State Act of Bihar · Act 17 of 2020

(i) in clause (a), for the word "twenty", the word "fifty"shall be substituted, and

(ii) in clause (b), for the word "twenty", the word "fifty" shall be substituted and in the provisio of sub section-4 of section 1 of the Act, for the word "twenty", the word "fifty"shall be substituted.
