Every appeal to the [Court] under this Act shall be preferred within a period of sixty days from the date on which the order appealed against has been made:
Provided that an appeal may be admitted after the expiry of the said period of sixty days, if the appellant satisfies the [Court] that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within the specified period.
