Section 52: Powers and Functions of the Administrator

(I) On appointmentof the administratorunder rule 50 read with sub-section (5) of section 33 of the Act, all powers of the copyrightsociety shall vest in him and all other representative bodies or committees of the copyrightsociety other than the general body shall stand dissolved.

(2) The administrator shall arrange for the reconstitution of the dissolved bodiesbefore the expiry of the period of suspension failing which, the bodies so superseded shallstand revived at the end of the period of suspension for their remaining term, excluding theperiod of suspension.
