(1)

(2) An officer shall be eligible for Casual Leave on full emoluments for 12 working days in a year provided that not more than four days Casual Leave may be availed of at any one time.

Casual Leave not availed of in any year may be suffixed or prefixed to Sick Leave in the following year.

Provided that Casual Leave not availed of in the year 1997 or in any subsequent year may be suffixed or prefixed to sick leave in the following three years.
