Every appeal under rule 3 shall be accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees to be remitted in the form of crossed demand draft drawn on a nationalized bank in favour of the Pay and 3 Accounts Officer, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals payable at New Delhi.
