(i) In case a serving Judge of a High Court or a member of the Indian Legal Service is holding the post of Presiding Officer, the service rendered in the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall count for pension, to be drawn in accordance with the rules of the service to which he belongs, and he shall also be governed by the provisions of the Provident Fund (Central Services) Rules,
1960.
(ii) In all other cases, the Presiding Officer shall be governed by the provision of the Provident Fund (India) Rules, 1962.
