The Dadar and Nagar Haveli Lands Reforms Regulation, 1971.Regulations · 1971

(1) An appeal shall lie to the Collector a'gainst everyorder of the' prescribed authority made under'any of the provisions of this Regulation.

(2) Every appeal under sub-section (2) shall be filed, within such period as may be prescribed and shall he accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against.

(3) The Collector shall, after giving the appellant an opportunity to represent his case arid after making such enquiry, as he may deem fit;

confirm, vary or reverse the order.
