The Dadra and Nagar Haveli (Administration) Regulation, 1988.Regulations · 1988

(1) The Administrator shall preside at the meetings of the Pradesh Council.

(2) During the absence of the Administrator from any meeting of the Pradesh Council, such person as the Administrator may designate from a panel prepared by him from amongst the members of the Pradesh Council, shall preside at such meeting.
