After section 12 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (Central Act 37 of 1952) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), the following section shall be inserted, namely:— “12A. Licensing Authority to regulate sale of ticket.— The Licensing Authority shall regulate the sale of tickets for admission to a cinematograph exhibition in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.”.
