Section 4: Insertion of new section 16A

The Cinematograph (Goa, Daman and Diu Amendment) Act, 1986Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 4 of 1986

After section 16 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— “16A. Power of State Government to make rules.—The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for regulating or prohibiting the sale of any ticket or pass for admission, by whatever name called, to a place licensed under this Act.”.
