In section 110 of the principal Act, in clause
(f), in sub-clause (i),-
(i) in item (g), the word "or" shall be omitted;
(ii) after item (g), the following item shall be inserted, namely:- "(h) the Foreigners Act, 1946 (31 of 1946); or".
