Section 19: Amendment of section 202

The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2005Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 25 of 2005

In section 202 of the principal Act, in subsection (1), after the words "may, if he thinks fit,", the following shall be inserted, namely:- "and shall, in a case where the accused is residing at a place beyond the area in which he exercises his jurisdiction,".
