Section 26: Amendment of section 293

The Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 2005Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 25 of 2005

In section 293 of the principal Act, in subsection (4),-

(a) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- "(b) the Chief Controller of Explosives;";

(b) after clause (f), the following clause shall be added, namely:- "(g) any other Government scientific expert specified, by notification, by the Central Government for this purpose.".
