Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2005Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 2 of 2006

(1) This Act may be called the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act,

2005.

(2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
