I inviting suggestions and objections by making a copy thereof available for inspection at his office if it is within the territorial area of the ward and at such place or places in the territorial area of the ward, as may be specified by him for the purpose, if his office is outside the territorial area of the ward.
(2) The draft rolls so published under sub-rule (1) shall remain available for public inspection and for lodging suggestions and objections for a period of fifteen days from the date of publication :
Provided that the Commission may, by notification in the Official Gazette, extend the period for lodging suggestions and objections in respect of the territorial area of a ward.

(3) The Electoral Registration Officer shall supply free of cost two copies of the roll to every political party for which a symbol has been exclusively reserved by the Commission.
