Section 25: Service of notice

Every notice for a meeting of Gram Panchayat shall be served,-

(a) personally by delivering it to the member to whom it is addressed; or - 13- EXTRAORDINARY No. : 64 DATED : 23RD OCTOBER, 2015.

(b) if such person is not available, by leaving it at his last known place of residence; or

(c) by tendering the notice to some adult member or servant of his family;

and

(d) if none of the above means is feasible, then by causing the notice to be affixed on some conspicuous part of the building in which member resides.
