Section 37: Vote on proposal

(:l.) On the conclusion of the debate on a proposal or where the person presiding is satisfied that the proposal has been sufficiently discussed, he may put the proposal to the vote of the meeting without further discussion.

(2) Where the amendment has been proposed, the person presiding over shall first put to vote such amendment.
