Section 43: Regulation of conduct of business

(1) The person presiding over the meeting shall regulate the conduct of business at a Gram Panchayat meeting and maintain order.

(2) Where any member disregards the authority of the presiding person, or is guilty of obstruction or offensive conduct during the meeting, the presiding Ii - 18- EXTRAORDINARY No. : 64 DATED : 23RD OCTOBER, 2015.

(3) A member who intends to leave any meeting before it is concluded shall immediately before leaving , intimate his intention to the person presiding over the meeting.
