Section 1: Short title

Daman and Diu Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2000.Union territory Rules of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · 1969

(1) These rules may be called the Daman and Diu Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 2000.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) These rules will replace the Goa, Daman & Diu Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1970 and all its subsequent amendments notified from time to time.
