Every member of the Judicial Service shall retire by superannuation on attaining the age of 60 years, subject to clearance by Special Review Committee constituted by the Chief Justice of the High Court for the purpose which Committee shall review the cases of all Judicial Officers by following the procedure prescribed for compulsory retirement under the Service Rules applicable to them, on their attaining the age of 58 years.
