Section 3: Selection of President or Additional President

The Goa Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 6 of 1965

The President or the Additional President, as the case may be, shall be selected by a Committee consisting of the following:—

(i) The sitting Judge or retired Judge of the High Court, as may be nominated by the Chief Justice of the High Court exercising jurisdiction over the State of Goa —Chairperson.

(ii) Chief Secretary to the Government of Goa —Member.

(iii) Law Secretary to the Government of Goa —Member.
