Section 9: Fees

The Goa Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 6 of 1965

Every candidate for direct recruitment may be required to pay such fees as may be specified in the notification inviting applications:

Provided that in the case of a candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribes, the fees payable shall be one half of the fees specified in the notification for other candidates.
