Section 29: Delegation of powers of District Judge

Any District Judge leaving the station and proceeding on duty to any place within his district may delegate to an Additional District Judge, if any, 41[or in absence of Additional District Judge to a Senior Civil Judge] to a Civil Judge at the station, the power of performing such of the duties enumerated in the preceding section as may be emergent; and such officer shall be designated Additional District Judge, 42[…] or Civil Judge, as the case may be, in charge of the station.
