Section 18D: Purchase price payable to the landlords

(1) The purchase price payable by a tenant to the landlord in relation to the land which has been deemed to have been purchased by the tenant under section l8A shall be 29[…] the amount indicated in column 2 of the Table below in respect of the categories of land specified in the corresponding entry in column thereof 30[...].
