Section 1: Short title and commencement

The Goa, Daman and Diu (Authority for Use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1981Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 14 of 1981

(1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu (Authority for the use of Eyes for Therapeutic Purposes) Act, 1980.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
