Section 44: Procedure

The Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings ( Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 2 of 1969

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the procedure to be followed by the Controller, the Rent Tribunal, the Appellate Board, or the Administrative Manual of Goa Laws (Vol. I) – 514 – Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act Tribunal in all inquiries, appeals and proceedings under this Act shall be such as may be prescribed.

(2) Every decision made or order passed under this Act shall be recorded in the form of an order which shall state the reasons therefor.
