Section 57: Power to remove difficulty

The Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings ( Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 2 of 1969

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Administrator may, by order, do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, which appear to him to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of two years from the commencement of this Act.
