Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa, Daman and Diu Comunidade Employees (Condition of Service) Act, 1981Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 15 of 1981

(1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu Comunidade Employees (Conditions of Service) Act, 1981.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
