Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Goa, Daman and Diu (Extension of The Indian Easements Act) Act, 1978Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 16 of 1978

(1) This Act may be called the Goa, Daman and Diu (Extension of the Indian Easements Act) Act, 1978.

(2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Goa, Daman and Diu.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
