Section 10: Appeal

The Goa, Daman and Diu Highways Act, 1974Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 10 of 1974

(1) If any applicant is aggrieved by any decision of the Highway Authority under section 9, withholding permission, or imposing any condition, he may appeal to the Government within thirty days from the date on which such decision was communicated to him.

(2) The Government may, after giving an opportunity to the applicant to be heard, make such order as it thinks fit upon the appeal and the decision of the Government shall be final.
