Section 21: Limitation for suits and prosecutions

The Goa, Daman and Diu Motor Vehicles (Taxation On Passengers and Goods) Act, 1974Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 7 of 1974

No suit or other proceedings shall be instituted against the Government and no suit, prosecution or other proceeding shall be instituted against any officer or servant of the Government in respect of any act done or purporting to be done under this Act, unless the suit, prosecution or other proceeding is instituted within one year from the date of the act complained of.
