Section 4: Submission of returns

The Goa, Daman and Diu Motor Vehicles (Taxation On Passengers and Goods) Act, 1974Union territory Act of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu · Act 7 of 1974

(1) In respect of every stage carriage 11[ ] held by him, the operator shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Tax Officer or to such prescribed officer as the Tax Officer may specify a monthly return in the prescribed form and manner.

(2) When any return is received by a prescribed officer he shall forward it to the Tax Officer within the prescribed period and in the prescribed manner.
