(y) "unaided minority scliool" means a recogrlised minority school. which does not receive m y add:
(z) "Union territory" means the Union territ o v of Goa, Daman and Diu.
CHAPTER 11 Establishment, recognition, affiliation, management of, and aid t o Schools
3. ( 2 ) The Governn~ent may establish and maintain Rny school in the Union territory or'may p m i t any person or local authority to establish and maintain any school in the Union territory, subject to compliance with the provisions of this Act n~id the nlles made thereunder.

Provided that in the case of a recognistd school which does not receive any aid, thescheme of management shall apply with such variations and modifications as may be prescribed. " \ \. 7.
